Official Rules for Salt Gypsy Monthly Subscriber Giveaway

These Official Rules exempt Salt Gypsy ("Sponsor") and others from liability or limit their liability, specify the jurisdiction for the resolution of disputes, and contain other important provisions. Participation constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to these Official Rules and to the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.

 

Eligibility

Salt Gypsy Monthly Subscriber Giveaway promotion (“Promotion”) is open worldwide to people who are aged 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees and Affiliates of Salt Gypsy, as well as their immediate family and household members, are not eligible.  

Winning a prize is conditioned on your adherence to these Official Rules.

 

Entry Period

The Promotion starts at 12.00am AEST on the 1st of every month, and ends at 11:59pm AEST on the last day of every month (the “Entry Period”). 

 

How to Enter

During the Entry Period:

• Subscribe to the Salt Gypsy Newsletter found on saltgypsy.com

This counts as one entry into the promotion. 

All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

 

Prizes

1 x winner will be chosen at random each month.

The winner will receive a $150 AUD Digital Gift Card. 

On occasion, we may update the monthly prize to a product and advertise specific product/s during the corresponding month's Subscriber Giveaway. 

Any prize details not specified above will be determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. Prizes are not transferable and must be accepted as awarded. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the prize is not available for any reason. The winner is responsible for any and all other costs and expenses not listed above. Offer cannot be combined with any other ongoing offer/promotion/discount. 

 

Winner Selection                     

Within 7 days after the Entry Period closes, the Sponsor will select 1 potential winner in a random drawing of all entries received. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by email within one day of the drawing. If a potential winner declines to accept the prize then an alternate entrant may be selected at Sponsor’s discretion, and if time permits, in a random drawing of remaining eligible entries.   

All potential winners are subject to verification by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. You are not a winner of any prize unless and until eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules have been verified and you have been notified that verification is complete.  

 

Publicity Release

Your participation in the Promotion (whether or not you are declared the winner) constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use your name for promotional or advertising purposes in connection with this Promotion and Sponsor’s products and services, on a worldwide basis, and in all forms of media, now or hereafter known, in perpetuity, including without limitation, on Sponsor’s website, without review, permission or further compensation (except where prohibited by law). You consent to Sponsor’s use of your Likeness and agree that: (a) no further consideration will be paid to you for such use; (b) consent and release is given without coercion or duress; and (c) this permission is binding upon your heirs and future legal representatives.

By entering the Promotion, entrant agrees to receive email newsletters, updates, and other promotional communications periodically from Sponsor. Entrants can opt-out of receiving communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email newsletter.
